William J. Green Federal Building
Project Description
This project involved restacking office space within a 10-story, 841,280-square-foot federal office building located at 6th and Arch Streets in Center City, Philadelphia. The work improved the building’s overall utilization through the realignment and implementation of various economical workplace solutions and resulted in an effective, long-term solution for the federal agencies it houses.
In addition to upgrading building systems, the fit-out work increased space efficiency and utilization throughout the building, consolidating several government agencies and their mission-critical functions. All renovation work was completed in a fully occupied building with minimal swing space.
