Internship / Co-op

INTECH offers college students construction management internships during summer breaks. We also partner with local universities to provide students with co-op opportunities during their college years. Students gain valuable work experience and knowledge in their field of interest, helping to develop skills as they begin their careers.

The Loop Program

INTECH’s Loop Program for recent college graduates offers a comprehensive introduction to the construction industry. Participants rotate through three key areas—preconstruction, project management, and field supervision, spending 6 to 8 months in each segment. Guided by mentors, they gain hands-on experience and a deep understanding of both the construction process and our company culture.
