Vantage

Vantage is the second phase of student housing near Temple University, developed by The Goldenberg Group. With 368 student housing units, including 984 beds and 583 bathrooms, the project includes two mixed-use towers connected by a six-story connector bridge. The project also includes significant site and hardscape work and surface parking. The 18-story east tower consists of an innovation center on the first two floors with student housing above, while the 12-story west tower consists of retail space at the first floor, amenity spaces on the second and third floors, and student housing above. The six-story connector bridge has a two-story community room on the second and third floors with student housing above.
