USPS – Processing / Distribution Center

This project is a four-story mail sorting and distribution facility with an adjoining 36,000-square-foot administration building. A state-of-the-art mechanization system is at the heart of the sorting facility. The building features a metal siding exterior skin with precast and curtainwall systems. A structural steel framing system rests on pile foundations. Site development for the project helped prepare for the surrounding landscaped areas as well as visitor and employee parking lots. This project was an INTECH/JE Dunn joint venture.
