The Inn at Penn

The Inn at Penn is a five-story, 248-guestroom full-service hotel built in 1999. Identified by the Hilton brand in accordance with brand standards, the renovation scope includes a full renovation of the guestrooms, corridor, lobby, select meeting rooms, and minor exterior improvements. New finishes will complete the renovation. INTECH provided preconstruction services to help align the project goals with a schedule and budget, and construction is currently underway.
