Temple University – The Caroline Kimmel Pavilion for Arts and Communication

Project Description

The project will deliver a new state-of-the-art facility for the Klein College of Media and Communication and the Center for Performing and Cinematic Arts (CPCA), located on Broad Street. This ground-up, mixed-use building will encompass approximately 198,000 gross square feet (GSF), including 146,000 GSF dedicated to academic programs and 52,000 GSF for the theater program. Designed to consolidate functions currently spread across multiple campus locations, the facility will feature classrooms, studios, faculty and administrative offices, as well as dedicated student areas. The new building will support interdisciplinary collaboration and provide modern, purpose-built spaces for media, communication, and performing arts education.
