Sun Center Studios

After an extensive preconstruction phase, INTECH constructed the first phase of this new movie and TV production studio complex. The project included a building with two 20,000-square-foot state-of-the-art studios with adjacent two-story office space. Each studio has a clear height of 40 feet and a clear span of 125 feet by 160 feet.

The complex also has an existing fabric structure that can be converted into a 60,000-square-foot mill building for set production and a temporary studio space. Extensive sitework and infrastructure improvements were part of the overall project, and included new parking areas to accommodate tractor-trailers and production set parking on a 33-acre site.
