St. Patrick’s Hall Parish Building

Project Description

Built in 1887 and located on a prominent Rittenhouse Square block, St. Patrick’s Hall is scheduled for a renovation designed to enhance accessibility, improve functionality, and preserve the building’s historic charm. The project includes three phases — interior renovations including new restrooms, a ballroom and a first-floor kitchen upgrade, exterior renovations including a new roof, windows, masonry restoration, waterproofing, and ADA access, and a four-stop elevator providing accessibility from the basement to the third floor. St. Patrick’s Hall is home to the Philadelphia Youth Orchestra, hosts various cultural and parish activities, and is listed on the Philadelphia Register of Historic Places.
