Biolabs at the Curtis

INTECH’s portfolio of work in the historically significant Curtis Building on Washington Square grew with the expansion of BioLabs, an incubator for life science startups. The fit-out includes laboratory workspaces, office areas, and community spaces, with entirely new MEP systems. The project features demountable glass office partitions, high ceiling decks, and the restoration of original brick columns. The fit-out will create a modern, collaborative environment for scientific research, enhancing the functionality of the space while preserving key architectural elements of the building.
