Center City District

Project Description

The prominently located fit-out occupies the ground floor and mezzanine level of the central Land Title Building, one of the first high-rise office towers in Philadelphia, a stone’s throw from City Hall. The new administrative offices accommodate various Center City District entities, including a City of Philadelphia Police Department substation.

The interior renovation includes new office space, conference rooms, multi-purpose rooms, new restrooms, and locker rooms. With equal focus on efficiency and design, the space accommodates a community kitchen and central HUB. The new location and renovation aim to strengthen the Philadelphia programs that keep our city safe and clean and provide a collaborative and accessible space for all the members who make the initiatives possible.
