Newmark is one of the world’s leading commercial real estate advisory firms. Their new Center City fit-out included complete demolition, new mechanical systems, and high-end finishes. Designed as an open-concept floor plan, the space features polished concrete floors and a black-framed glass office system around the perimeter of the space. Beyond the custom-built reception desk, a telescoping glass wall in the main conference room opens to the suite entry. A Hydra Moss green wall, porcelain wall panels, floating wood veneer ceilings, and Cambria Quartz solid surfaces adorn the public spaces. The project is another addition to INTECH’s comprehensive work at both One and Two Commerce Square.
