Interius Biotherapeautics

Project Description

Interius BioTherapeutics is a laboratory fit-out located within Pennovation Lab, a multi-tenant lab and office building nestled in the Pennovation Works complex adjacent to the University of Pennsylvania campus. The project was a three-phase renovation across two floors and included labs, supporting rooms, new offices and conference rooms, and a new lounge area. Troweled epoxy flooring, LVT, and fabric panels personalized the space for Interius’ brand, and open ceiling areas brought out the original character of the building. The spaces incorporated new plumbing for water and acid waste, laboratory gas piping, upgraded HVAC systems, and new electrical panels. The renovation supports Interius BioTherapeutics in expanding the potential of cell and gene therapy by developing next-generation delivery technology.
