Trinity Health – St. Mary’s Medical Center

INTECH partnered with Trinity Health to expand the St. Mary’s Medical Center — a renovation of an existing Rite Aid space into a modern Ambulatory Outpatient Exam Suite. The new layout featured 16 exam rooms, a lab, a reception and waiting area, administrative and manager’s offices, provider touchdown spaces, a staff lounge, and patient and staff bathrooms. The renovation included updated finishes throughout, such as new LVP flooring, wall protection, stainless steel counters, custom PL cabinets, and a wood slat ceiling in the reception area, creating a welcoming and professional environment. The installation of a new HVAC system (RTU with VAVs), an emergency generator, and the redistribution of the fire protection system provided the necessary functions of the space. The sanitary system was also expanded, requiring the cutting of the slab on grade to accommodate new plumbing fixtures, along with system updates.
