Henkels & McCoy

The rehabilitation of an existing industrial facility for Henkels & McCoy incorporates a warehouse, garage, and supporting office space. Henkels & McCoy builds infrastructure networks that bring reliable energy, communications, and utilities to communities across the country, and the new space expands the company’s Pennsylvania locations. The renovation included structural replacement of the roof and two exterior walls, new overhead doors, and the removal and replacement of the exterior metal panel system. A new HVAC system, power distribution, and fire alarm and suppression system run throughout the building. New upgraded lighting was introduced throughout the spaces, and new finishes lined the interior office renovation.
