Einstein Healthcare Trauma Waiting Room

This project is a new one-story addition to the main lobby for the trauma department at Einstein Hospital. With access located at the main hospital entrance and work breaking through to the main hospital, logistics for the project had to be carefully planned. In addition to floor tiles, wall protection, paint, and new ACT ceilings, the mechanical systems required a dedicated air handling unit and ductwork with grills, registers, and diffusers. The new electrical distribution system drew power from the existing distribution panel, and a new sprinkler system was tied to the existing hospital infrastructure. A new EIFS exterior finish complements the existing building.
