SORA West

This mixed-use project is a major addition to the urban fabric of Conshohocken and a game-changing development that has spurred significant economic growth. Located in the heart of Conshohocken on Fayette Street between Elm Street and First Avenue, SORA West consists of an 11-story core and shell office building totaling 525,000 square feet, a 12-story parking garage housing 1,500 cars, and a nine-story hotel totaling 114,000 square feet. The office building and the hotel each have two parking levels incorporated into their design.

Between the office building and the hotel is approximately 35,000 square feet of retail components, enlivening the full block campus. An existing historic firehouse on the site was renovated into a restaurant, and the plaza between the buildings was fully developed and activated into a community gathering space. Demolition of the two existing office buildings and the parking garage on the site was required to make way for the new development.
