Fox Rothschild

The Philadelphia office of Fox Rothschild, LLP was a fit-out of three floors at Two Commerce Square. The new space included offices, conference spaces, a café, and flexible amenity and gathering spaces. Terrazzo floors were overlaid with a subtle Philadelphia grid of streets and custom wall art responds to Philadelphia-specific neighborhood maps. High-end finishes adorn the three floors with custom millwork, crafted wood and fabric ceilings, custom-branded wall coverings, and discrete LED lighting. Back-painted glass with integrated LED and wood elements help delineate sections of the office. The space is designed to drive innovation across work groups and includes meeting areas and centrally located amenities to encourage collaboration. The project was completed on time and within budget.
