Project Description
INTECH collaborated with Cake & Joe on the retail fit-out at 1735 Market Street. Cake & Joe is a gourmet cake, coffee, and beverage shop that opened a retail location in the premier office building. The retail fit-out included a wall layout reconfiguration, HVAC upgrades, an upgraded bathroom, and relocation of existing electrical devices for the new layout and future prep kitchen.
