In The News: Princeton Plasma Innovation Center (PPIC) Topping Off Ceremony
INTECH is proud to share a major milestone in the progress of one of our latest projects, the Princeton Plasma Innovation Center (PPIC). The topping off ceremony marks the completion of the structure’s frame as the final and highest piece is placed onto the building.
Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory Innovation Center is the first new building on the PPPL campus in decades and will anchor the International Hub for Fusion Energy. Its adaptable labs and collaboration spaces will support PPPL’s mission in fusion energy and its growing research in microelectronics, quantum information science, and sustainability.
Our associate principal, Colleen Mills, helped mark this milestone with the team as she continues to guide the project forward. The steel beam, signed by INTECH project team, representatives of the U.S. Department of Energy, Princeton University, and architecture firm SmithGroup, commemorated this achievement.
